"Stayed for 20 days and excellent customer service! Our server at the buffet every am by name of John was superb & awesome. The manager am breakfast daily went beyond and thank you so much for amazing customer service. Always nice for staff who remembers our names every morning we eat breakfast. Also our room person ( lady sort I forgot her name) was also exceptional & excellent. FYI we stayed Solaire across for 7 days prior to Seda & Seda hotel had better customer service rendered by all staff. We are booked again in January 2026 at Seda BGC and hoping to get same service. "It was really a staycation for our dad away from the threat of the super typhoon. We stayed in a suite room and it was just right. The staff in the hotel are accommodating and courteous, finding ways to meet our needs. He uses a wheel chair and the entryways, hallways are indeed proven for accessibility. He is usually picky about where he stays but he was quite happy. Just a note for improvement, the toilet and shower facilities do have handle bars for safety however, it would have been complete if there is provision of a shower bench or stool."

Rhom, who often took my late-night room service calls, was consistently cheerful and accommodating even at 2 or 3am. And David from concierge went above and beyond to make sure all my requests were promptly fulfilled. "Very close to restaurants and bars. Walking distance to all attractions around the city. Perfect for young professionals who likes a party scene. Highly recommended. "
