"The pros: The breakfast had quite a few choices. The room was clean. The staff was very nice and friendly. The location was close to the airport and the freeway entrance. The cons: The bed was really hard and uncomfortable. The heater/cooler was super loud so i had to buy earplugs. The pool and jacuzzi were to cold to swim in. "

"Check in was easy. Staff behind the desk were amazing! We were able to check in early and park our car without any issues. Our room (a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom) was better than expected. Very clean, very quiet. The gym and pool-GREAT!!! Amenities are top notch. Great location too. Near cafes and restaurants. We would stay again without hesitation. "

"The hotel is currently undergoing renovations. We were woken up at 6 AM in the morning with loud drilling in the sound of trucks backing up. The renovations don’t look like they are going to be completed anytime soon. We were put in a room that backed onto the renovations and it was an eyesore. Was also loud drilling in the room next-door to us, which resulted in an uncomfortable stay. The waterpark is the selling feature which looks better in pictures than in real life. But the kids enjoyed it. The room was clean, but I would not recommend staying here at this time. "

"The room was very clean and surprisingly quiet! The manager Tony was happy to tell you the history of the building and even indulged our ghost hunting stories. Over all was a wonderful experience and we will definitely be returning! "

"Room was not cleaned very well, there was no coffee maker in the room and no coffee made in the lobby. There was no phone in the room to call or a closet to hang clothes. Looked like the bathroom door had been kicked in previously and not fixed well."

"The staff was really nice at least the ones from the night. The hotel’s condition should not reflect on the staff. Even though they changed my room because my previous room had stains, bathroom door didn’t close and the stains in the carpet made it feel like a really old and dirty hotel. They moved me to another room but had the same feeling but at least the bathroom door was working. The lights didn’t turned on and the smell was still in the rooms. My sister staying next door had a cockroach in her bedroom. Sadly I would avoid staying here as they need to re-do everything. The staff was lovely though. "
