"Apartment doesn’t look as nice as the pictures. Place was clean and good space. Run down on outside and corridor. Pls be aware that apartment has one portable aircon and not central. I had asked before I booked about a/c and was never told they meant a portable unit. When I requested a portable fan for the bedroom as it was really hot, I was told they would bring one the next day as it was late when I arrived. But the fan never came even when I asked again. "The staff here was very helpful and we had a wonderful experience here. The front desk employee from Brazil, I believe her name was Carol, was very helpful and accommodating, and the rooms were very clean and nice. We also enjoyed the location, and we loved the jamaican restaurant nearby!"
