"The check-in staff was friendly, courteous and accommodating. The room was spotless and bath amenities were generous; bathroom is a bit small, however, the heated floors compensated for the limited space. The hotel is centrally located and is near the Earl's Court Tube (train station) There are several small shops, cafe's, bars and restaurants in the area, as well as currency exchange. Be sure to check the exchange rate online because not everyone offered the same rate. The offerings were as low as £54 and as high as £74 for $100 U.S. Overall, the hotel and area are great!"
