"The room was good and the service was excellent overall. However, I had one issue. When I extended my stay online, it seemed like the request wasn’t received or was ignored. I was woken up while sleeping and asked to come down to reception, even though it wasn’t urgent and could have waited. Since there’s a phone in the room, it would have been more considerate if they had called first."

"Everything was great except the restaurant food. Unfortunately almost all of it was well below expectations. So based on that probably will not return. "

"Clean and spacious room. The pool and jacuzzi area is beautiful and large. Nice touch of having chocolate hour at 2 pm. The receptionist was very helpful and friendly. The only negative is that the floors in the bathroom were completely wet after showering ( I think we were assigned the accessible room). Close by trams and the railway station. Beautiful hotel and friendly staff! Will definitely stay here again."
