"Where weren’t happy as we ordered Deluxe Room with a King Bed and we what we actually received was two single beds pushed together which was uncomfortable and keep moving apart and were only given fee parking for the error."

"We absolutely enjoyed our stay. The Ibis is conveniently located near the airport which was great for our early morning flight. The room was very clean and well presented. The beds and pillows were so comfortable. Having 24 hour concierge was amazing and the breakfast buffet was delicious. Ubers park just around the corner so we never had any wait times. If we ever travel to Melbourne again, we will definitely stay at the Ibis."

"Another comfortable stay whilst in the CBD for a heavy week of study. Thomas on front desk accomodated an after the fact two extra night add on, meaning I didn't need to change rooms which was greatly appreciated. Slight concern with water pressure one morning, but it was a bigger issue than one room (it happens) which was outside the staff's control. Meal options are good value for those time poor or not wanting to head outside the property. Frequent user and will continue to do."

"The room is generally matched with what it was listed. Pretty spacious and clean on arrival. Great location. Overall experience was good. The only disappointment was I called the night before to the staff that I have extended and paid for another two nights, wishing to keep the same room stays. However I still got waken up by their morning call from the front desk asking me to check out. It seems there’s no communication between shifts or proper documentation from the night staff. Else I request to do the housekeeping, expecting the bathroom floor will be cleaned as well but the hairs were still on the floor."
