"The AC vent &/or bed was not laid out or properly thought of. The vent was directly to one side of the room, air flow hit the wall across and to the person sleeping below & across. My hair flowing as like a hair commercial. If it was turned up to decrease the flow the rest of the room got hot but turning it down made that person sleeping facing the vent terribly cold. Yes, covering oneself from head to toe was the solution but very uncomfortable."

"Great room and service! Plusses: Spotless bedding, nice room with working AC, good decor. Free coffee pucks. Bathroom well equipped with soap, shampoo, etc. Reception staff were alert and helpful. Close by to shopping center. Nitpicks: Parking was extra on top of the Expedia charge. Room door had too little clearance so had to be pushed hard to be closed. Shower was clean overall but there could have been a bit more attention to detail. Sink faucet should jut out more."

"I enjoyed my stay here and appreciated the cleanliness and decor in the room. The only downside during my trip was someone accidentally opened the door to my room and not sure if it was another guest but I just made sure to lock my door. "

"We return to this hotel every time we go to LA (about once/month). It’s not fancy or anything but it is quite nice. Very polite, attentive staff, good parking-related people. Nice clean rooms with relatively new bathrooms and furniture. Good enough mini-mart with snacks and beverages, including alcohol. If you’re not familiar with Los Angeles, an ideal starting point for every tourist - central, easy parking and freeway friendly. "
