"Great service friendly staff."

"We had a good stay overall, but it didn’t feel like a true 5-star experience. The property is quite dated and could use a refresh, especially the bathroom (older fittings and occasional yellowish water in toilet bowl). That said, the room was spacious and the balcony was a nice touch. We were initially placed in a room with a poor view, but thanks to Made at reception, we were moved to a much better one, which made a big difference. Breakfast was decent with a fair variety and egg station, but lacked a premium feel. It was surprising not to see sambal readily available, though staff were happy to bring it when asked. Service throughout the stay was warm and welcoming. The hotel strongly pushes its all-inclusive offering — without it, we felt like we were missing out. Drinks are expensive, and some amenities like paddle boards are restricted unless you’re on the package. The beach was also disappointing, with visible debris and average water quality. However, the scenic and paved walking path connecting all the beachfront resorts in Nusa Dua were great for walks and jogs and easily accessible to Bali Collection for shopping and nice meals. Overall, a comfortable stay with great service, but not quite at a 5-star standard."

"Great hotel with wonderful gardens and pools. Rooms are spacy but furniture and fittings are getting old. Nice restaurants with great breakfast spread but dinner at Kwezeen with special theme evenings is disappointing and overpriced. Dinner at Cucina on the other hand was a very nice experience. Staff everywhere in the hotel are super friendly and helpful. We will come back."

"My husband aWe had a wonderful stay at this hotel, everything was just perfect 😊. The facilities were excellent, especially the pools - the lazy river, whirlpool, and floats were a great way to relax. The food was superb with plenty of choice for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The staff were lovely, so polite, friendly, and helpful. And the location was fantastic, with shops, spas, and restaurants just outside the hotel. Would definitely recommend!"

"Wonderful villas with excellent food including breakfast. Conveniently located close to Bali Collection shops and eateries. Only downside was that the row of villas we were staying is situated next to the motorbike park of the adjacent hotel, so expect lots of bike noises at 7am and 11pm when the staff come in to work and leave for home. "

"We had a garden room. There was an outside balcony with a sofa. Room was as expected, the shower floors were slippery and I had to request a double rubber mat. Water pressure and temperature were good. Breakfast options were sort of overwhelming- they have so many different choices, almost too many. The seating is also very close together and kids screaming was an issue. We enjoyed the adults only pool, but had to remind other guests every day that it is not for kids (both unattended kids and adults with kids who ignored the signs?) "

"Spoke to Expedia rep before check in, they assured we can check in 2 hours early; however, at the property they point blank declined the Expedia rep’s conversation and said it is inaccurate despite showing screenshots. Later on, while ordering food inside the pool, they refused and said there is no security deposit for the room; whereas, upon check in the staff never requested one. Then after walking bare feet from the pool to the reception, they said the security deposit can not be done on Apple Card as it will be deducted. Then after further walking bare feet from the reception to the room and back to get cash, the reception refused to take US Dollars and did not offer a currency conversion as it was “Sunday.” The reception staff then instructed us to walk even further barefoot to Bali Collection and get currency exchanged to put the security deposit which once again, they never asked for at the time of check in. Despite multiple complaints to the hotel management, no apology has been received for this terrible inconvenience. "
