"The bed and pillows were the worst I ever experienced in a Hilton ever. Hurt our back and neck every night we stayed there. We even left early on the last day. The female bartender argued with a customer telling him if he could do a better job to get behind the bar then. Her mixed drinks made me and my fiance sick the night we tried them.Other staff was great and hotel was very clean. Maintenance was very responsive and polite."

"No toast whatsoever for breakfast??? Barely any fruit, no yoghurt, pretty sad. Rest of stay was good if not great. "

"Front desk check in was awful my debit card was charged for the total room instead for the incidental fee of $20.00 I tried several times trying to receive my refund in the amount of $105.67 my bank account was charged. I called Marriott customer service stated I would be receiving my refund on February 29th (no 29th in this month) tried to speak with the manager “Crystal” so rude over talked me said it was a problem between me and my bank. As of this date 04-07-2026 not received my refund. Someone in that front desk took my dollars…Beware of this hotel and their manager “Crystal”"

"The general location was decent, quick access to the highway and surrounding businesses. However, that was about it. The staff acted like they didn’t care if you were there or not. The whole hotel smelled like sweat and week old microwaved food. The room was ice cold when walking in and the ac unit only worked on cold. It would bang like a 6 year old with their first drum set in any other setting. The floor was warped and uneven in places. The show water pressure was weaker than a garden gnome watering daisies. The pillows had “soft” and “firm” marked on the cases but this was obviously just for show as there were flatter than a day old IHOP pancake. The sheets had whole seems that were open. The ice maker in the fridge dropped about three cubes per hour. Overall, for a “suite” I’m pretty sure the Motel 6 next door would have been better! "
