"Room 102 was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located just a few steps from the lobby. All of the staff that we interacted with were courteous and helpful. It's on the back side of the hotel, so no view (except for the rear parking area and the Surfliner train tracks) The small patio with 2 chairs was nice for fresh air in the evenings."

"Nice hotel from the facilities to the staff, but the prices are very high for anything at the restaurant and convenience store or to park a vehicle. We were in town for a conference at UCI which was reasonably accessible. The location next to the back bay trails was really great from a recreational perspective, but there's very few amenities within walking distance (a coffee shop is nearby, otherwise you're walking across the highway to a few restaurants or 1.5 miles to the nearest grocery store)."

"Great boutique hotel with a wonderful vibe and top notch location. Pool could be a few degrees warmer, but that's about the only suggestion I could give. Slept with my slider door open, listening to the waves crashing and the cool air coming into my room. Highly recommend a patio room with an ocean view, worth the price."
