"I stayed here for 2 nights with my wife. The room was very clean, the garden is well kept and a beautiful place for food and drinks and relaxing in the Norfolk countryside. Breakfast was great, freshly cooked with coffee and fresh orange juice. The wifi was poor and only really worked by reception which was frustrating as there’s also very little phone signal at the location. Plenty of parking"

"Lovely apartment with dedicted parking, such a bonus. Clean, nice furnished and well equipped. Only negative comments would be that the outside space needed tidying, hedge in want of a trim to open up the view and patio furniture needed good clean. Would recommend this apartment to anyone with no mobility issues. Walk into town was either hilly or up and steps (59) to the coast path."

"Parking is good, the room was spacious, but a little bit tired tbh. The breakfast is supplied in your room (cereal etc). The most disappointing aspect was the evening meal. I had fish and chips, I ordered it and it appeared literally within a minute. The fish was not fresh, the chips were not twice fried homemade as per the menu, but frozen chips and the peas were dry, I left most of it. I told the waiter and was just told that he would feedback to the kitchen."

"I should imagine this flat is ideal for a young family which we are not. We were hoping for a relaxing time on the balcony resting and enjoying the panoramic view. What the information on the property doesn't tell you is that there is a fair size public open air car park inbetween you and the sea (you have to use this facility to park your vehicle @ 46 for week). The car park was very busy from 8am till 6/7pm with all the resulting noise and fumes. So much so we left 3 days early for some peace and quiet at home. Yes we could have gone out everyday but then wants the point of renting a property with a balcony with panoramic views?"

"A wonderful cottage, surprisingly spacious, in a lovely location, only a short walk from the town centre. Although the cottage is near a railway line you are more likely to be disturbed by the sound of the local wildlife than the sound of the trains! We were, however, slightly disappointed that there was no welcome pack on arrival as there has been in all the other cottages we have stayed in lately. As access to the cottage is not permitted until 1600 hrs, and following a long journey, it would have been nice to be able to have a nice cup of tea before venturing out again to fetch supplies (although there is a TESCO nearby). Highly recommended."

"A real gem of a cottage in a lovely location. So peaceful overlooking the common and yet only a 10 minute (at most) walk into town and all its amenities. Also very close to good bus service. Cottage was spotlessly clean, comfortable and well equipped with everything you might need. The garden at the rear is an added bonus and a lovely spot to sit and enjoy a bit of sunshine. The dog loved exploring on the common and it's a great place to exercise your pet when you don't want to go on a longer walk. Lots of other walks on the doorstep too."
