"Tout était parfait ! Le personnel serviable, les déjeuners excellents., accessibilité au parking directement du lobby était génial. L’emplacement à proximité du Pier 39 était parfait ! Je donne une note de 10/10. Lors de notre prochain séjour à San Francisco,, je reprends une chambre au Riu Plaza Du Fisherman’s Wharf !!!"

Hotel Zephyr San Francisco

"Our family of four with two daughters ages 9 and 14 unexpectedly ended up staying at Hotel Zephyr at the last minute and it was delightful. We tend to stick to the same hotel chains that have pools and free breakfast that our kids have come to expect, but going outside of our norm this time was really fun... The hotel looks kind of like a ship with pothole windows and has excellent parking. Our first impression was of the courtyard which is a whimsical place where you'd want to spend some time. Big lawn games and fire pits with art and it feels SO festive. We walked to the check in desk and were pleasantly greeted with friendly faces, along with bottles of water for each of us, two cute little bundles of s'mores supplies (sticks for toasting marshmallows are by the front desk), yo-yos, a coloring book and colored pencils, and cute little stuffed animals that could go on a backpack zipper for each of our daughters. It was SO unexpected and thoughtful. We enjoyed the game room and the decor was super fun all over. Our room was comfortable- a bit small and a tiny bit rough around the edges, but it was clean! The porthole window overlooking the sky wheel was so fun. There's a fridge in the room, and there were two microwaves in the area with the ice maker and a purified water dispensing machine. You can also walk through the courtyard into the restaurant and bar next door, and directly out to the piers. Also SO close to the big bus. We would definitely stay again."

"Valet parking usually takes 10 minutes but sometimes takes more than 45 minutes. They are short on staff"

Chancellor Hotel on Union Square

10/10 Excellent

"Loved the old school-hotel vibe. The free cookies out front elevated the check-in experience right off the bat. I wish I would have taken advantage of the pillow ordering service, the default pillows and bed were amazing regardless. The bath salts and rubber ducky in the bathroom was an excellent touch. Make sure to take your ducky with you to remember your trip and stay (it's meant to be taken as a souvenir, we checked!). Would book again"

Hyatt Regency San Francisco Downtown SOMA

"The staff, location and room service were excellent. Walkers would enjoy this location because shopping and dining are all within walking distance. Not too far from the Golden gate bridge and the airport. Highly recommended. There is only 1 restaurant in the hotel and closes early so be aware!"

"Breakfast wasn’t tasty at all."

"Pros Very convenient, clean, welcoming. Staff very helpful. Cons Gym very small and not well equipped. Pool always used by mother's and children hence not possible to swim lengths and get some e ercise. Car parking too expensive."
