"You know there was hardly any breakfast food because they were apparently understaffed, on Mother’s Day all you could have was toast!!! The housekeeping did not come AT ALL even though we were there for three nights!! I had to go down and ask for garbage bags and more towels and put our dirty ones out in the hallway. The hair dryer was completely missing and must have been pulled out of the wall, there were just holes where it should have been. The gym equipment was 1/2 out of order as was one of the dryers. The only staff member that was helpful and at least tried was Joolah. (Hopefully I spelled his name correctly) "

"I loved the lake right behind the room! The bed was very comfortable. There was almost no one around as far as staff for most o the time I stayed there, apparently because it was in the off season."
