"The only downside of my stay was that I have asked for a wake up call as I had an early flight in the morning and wanted to make sure that I would definitely be up but that call never came. Was very disappointed, otherwise it was a lovely and convenient place stay when travelling from Luton Airport. "

The air con could be better - it only made noise rather than produce any air, and the shower screen was misaligned which meant the bathroom floor flooded a little. But it was fine for the price we paid for the room and its purpose. "
