"I love this hotel. The location is near pratically everything, being that i was there during christmas i was walking distance from a chritmas market. The hotel decor and cleaninness is unmatched. I will say i dont care for the parking, but its not horrible. I dont think i will ever stay any where else going 2 years staight now. "

"WOW- where do you start,the hotel is outstanding in every way,we had a deluxe balcony room( free upgrade) room was massive,great shower and AC/Heat worked a treat,the staff at the hotel can’t do enough for you,buffet breakfast was brilliant- great choice of hot and cold food .We are so glad we picked this hotel and when we return to Amsterdam in the future then this will be the hotel that we booked,if you are coming to Amsterdam you can’t go wrong with this hotel,also the area is full of bars and restaurants and the trams are a must . "The hotel location was fantastic. Maybe a 15 minute walk at a relaxed pace. The room condition was excellent. Clean, organised. After a lovely shower, it aided in how fresh we felt. We didn't use the room service, but the menu had a good selection. The staff were absolutely amazing. From assisting us with check in, to getting us medical assistance. My fiance (luckily) didn't need an ambulance, or hospital, but did require to speak to a doctor. I phoned reception and - I think her name was - Georgia, took our details and got in touch with health care professionals and then organised a taxi to get us to their practice. She went above and beyond. It was very much appreciated. The hotel location is also 5 minutes from the city centre and all the attractions that area is associated with. There's an Amsterdam Coffeeshop right across the road, and beside that there is a small shop that sells bottled water, snacks, etc. If I return to Amsterdam, this is the hotel I'm going to stay in. "

"Amazing. Lift system is awesome ! Never had such a short wait for an elevator. Rooms amazing. Speaker is a really nice touch View is great! Curtains and electrical system slightly annoying as if one person leaves the room the lights go out leaving the other in darkness. And the blinds would close randomly which was annoying. "
