"What stands out to us is the staff! Shout out to them because they were friendly and smiling even during the breakfast rush. Hotel is clean, feels good, beds were comfortable and breakfast was great with amazing service too! Highly recommend and would be looking to book with Ayres Hotel again in the future. The bar is set high for other competitors!"

"The staff is very friendly and accommodating."

"What a horrible experience. We first got in around 10pm and was told we got a room upgrade. My partner and I got a suite with a large comfy bed and instead got shoved into a corner disability unit with two small beds “suite”. "Staff were EXEMPLARY!!! Every staff person went above and beyond to assist us. It became obvious early on, that their most important mission was satisfying the customer!!!"

"why should we pay for parking"

"Had some trouble with the internet but everything else was great"

"I really liked that. It was close to where I live and walking distance to get food and Dollar tree and other places that were cool other than my room was really dirty in places that should’ve been cleaned the Jacuzzi which we went pacifically for was broken and has been broken for over a week. We were not told about this until after we had already turned the Jacuzzi on and waiting for it to heat up. If I would’ve known that I wouldn’t have paid $169 plus $100 deposit for one night so if you’re...
