"the staff where excellent because l had dietary requirements and Margaret on the front desk on the afternoon l arrived 7th April was extremely helpful and very reassuring that everything would be ok next morning at breakfast and it was the staff where so helpful especially another Margaret made my breakfast for me thanks so much for everything amazing place to stay,clean everything around in walking distance and staff that go above and beyond "

"Menu was very poor, place was filthy . Have taken pictures of this. Didnt even try the food as nothing on it i could eat. £15 for a breakfast is shocking . Bin overflowing in carpark. Windows where filthy. Carpets where a health hazzard. No running cold water in the mornings. No wifi for room tv to work was told wifi was broken. Cob weds in room skirtings where black. Would avoid at all costs. Sanitary bin in ladies changing room was over flowing. "

"Unfortunately due to a outbreak of norovirus within the hotel we had to cut our break short. And my daughter has caught it also 😞. Up until then we were all having a lovely time. "

"Stayed here for 2 nights on the way up to the Isle of Harris for a week. Fantastic setting, right next to the river Tay, and our room, the Atholl Suite, was amazing. The staff were fantastic, all very friendly and helpful, but also very professional. From check in to the restaurant staff at breakfast and the lady who came to service the room - all brilliant. Management - if you read this, please make sure you give your staff a big collective pat on the back for the Jon they do - the staff are the heartbeat of a hotel. We will definitely stay here again in the future. Our only small niggle was the paint fumes in the room when we arrived as the decorators were painting the outside woodwork.
