The Hotel has a shuttle service that takes you to Nelson Mandela Square with no charges and we have enjoyed a shuttle to the airport early morning with a charge, which is secure and convenient. Our only complaint was the food at the restaurant that is lousy; however, the cook came out to apologize for salty and over seasoned food. Overall, this is a great place to stay. The staff is really friendly and willing to accommodate you with any requests you may have."
