Welcome to The Depot at Fox Den – a beautifully appointed four-bedroom mountain retreat situated between Boone and Blowing Rock, just minutes from Appalachian Ski Mountain and conveniently located near all the best attractions in North Carolina's High Country. Whether you're visiting for snowy slopes, scenic hikes, or the charm of small towns, this inviting home serves as the perfect base for your mountain getaway.

Upon entering, you'll discover a spacious open floor plan featuring hardwood floors and soaring tongue-and-groove ceilings that add warmth and character to the great room. The living area invites you to relax around a stacked-stone gas fireplace and enjoy a large Smart TV—ideal for cozy evenings after a day exploring the Blue Ridge Parkway or local shops. The adjoining covered deck offers a peaceful, wooded setting for grilling and outdoor dining.

Guests have the opportunity to spread out across two living spaces and two expansive decks. The lower-level family room is equipped with a Smart TV, a Pac-Man arcade game, and a collection of board games—creating the ultimate hangout spot for kids and adults alike. Step outside to the lower deck, where a bubbling hot tub awaits under the stars.

This home comfortably accommodates up to ten guests across four bedrooms. The main-level primary suite features a king bed, private access to the back deck, and an ensuite bathroom with double vanities and a step-in shower. On the lower level, you'll find three additional bedrooms: one with a king bed, one with a queen bed, and a bunk room with Twin XL-over-Twin XL bunk beds. These rooms share a full bathroom in the hallway. The leather sofa in the family room also converts into a comfortable queen sleeper for two extra guests.

Guests enjoy amenities including central heating and air conditioning, high-speed WiFi, and Smart TVs throughout, all equipped with the Spectrum cable app. A full-size washer and dryer add convenience for longer stays.

Two well-behaved dogs are welcome with a pet fee, so you can bring your furry friends along for the fun! The house is easily accessible via paved roads with parking available for two vehicles. Please note there is a Ring doorbell camera at the front entrance and two security cameras—one at the front and one at the back of the home. During the winter months (October to March), we strongly recommend 4-wheel drive or all-wheel drive, and chains may be required in snowy or icy conditions.
