"Excellent place for families "

"This was an amazing place to stay for our family’s first time in USVI! Karen communicated to us early on before our stay and then checked in on us a couple of times via text to confirm we had everything we needed, which was great. Beautiful guest house in a beautiful, quiet location. A nice, private, quiet place to unwind and hang out at the end of each day with some pretty amazing views. The house was fully equipped, there was nothing missing we wished we had, and they even provided beach towels, chairs, and an umbrella for us to take and use at the beautiful St John beaches. All in all, highly recommend this place and it’s for sure where we will stay the next time we go!"

"Laundry was convenient. Kitchen had everything you need for meal prep. Gas grill was great! King side bed was comfy."

"Amazing house and amenities. We enjoyed having the kayaks and snorkeling so close. The views were spectacular and our family all decided it was one of our favorite rentals. We did not need to use the downstairs apartment, it was a bit musty. Nellie was great the day we arrived leading us to the property and making sure we were able to find our way. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you for helping to make our stay in St. John's so memorable!"

"This is a great house in St John with a gorgeous view! Beds were comfortable and hot tub was really nice! There was a nice big driveway and it was great to have beach towels and chairs provided. The only troubles we had were: Difficulty with checking in. The property manager was juggling a bunch of houses so couldn’t meet us until 5pm even though we were ready closer to 3:30pm. We also had a tough time finding the house as there isn’t really an address and the property manager was busy so she couldn’t meet us and have us follow her. Also, the wi-fi wasn’t working for the first few days. The property manager allowed my husband to come to her office on Tuesday since he couldn’t take his work call from the house. Overall, a great house, great location and a beautiful island. Thank you! "

"The house was very lovely. Matthew the property manager was very responsive and helped with questions. The house has nice decor throughout. There are three kitchens with the top floor being the nicest. It is well stocked with pans and utensils. Large space to eat even for large families. We enjoyed the stay very much. Please note the house is three levels that can only be accessed from going up and down exterior stairs. Each floor has bedrooms. If you have all small children this might be an issue because the separation between would not lend well for your sanity. However, if you have teenagers and young adults it is wonderful. They can be in their space enjoying some provided board games. We had a large group and really wanted the space. The lake is a lake so wildlife and the bacteria that comes with it is probably not suitable for young children. Our family enjoyed having the kayaks and we did paddle across to chocolate hole. We did not want to swim in that lake water. Chocolate hole is swimmable once you get there. Overall the house is in an excellent location. Easily accessible and the driveway can hold two vehicles. The washer and dryer are very nice and we used those often. The price is great. Yes I would stay again. Absolutely. The island itself is very expensive for anything. Parking around places to eat is ridiculous. Definitely need four wheel drive for the hills. It is very mountainous. The house was the easy part. "
