"Very nice condo with a spectacular view of the water. Kitchen was very well appointed with all the utensils needed to make meals. Right next to a MarÃa that offered plenty of options for fishing and diving only about 15 minutes away from old Key West and plenty of dining options close to the condo."

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a GREAT time in the Keys and your place was AWESOME! It was the perfect size for the four of us and set up well. We really enjoyed hanging out on the dock and in the hot/cool tub😎 We will DEFINITELY be back!!"

"Property has a great layout, beds and baths. Newer build. Lots of space. Great vacation location.Gated area. Fun entertainment area- pool and outdoor areas. Maintenance employees super responsive. Great communication with management company. Nice in shower amenities,. Great stove and bar area.Cons: issue with lighting and fans remotes for rooms. Remotes will control operation in another room, so lights would come on/off as well as fans at unwanted times. Freezer ice maker seems to leak, ice builds pushes tray out opening freezer door, temp alarm at 3am. Both the remote and ice maker seemed to be known issues according to repairman. Pool was green and cloudy at check-in, was resolved after shocking and chemicals in 2 days (pool maintenance man was less than cordial about repairs) no issues with pool after. 2 bath towels for bathroom seemed slight, 1 per person. Rates per night verses quality of furnishings, had higher expectations, have stay numerous times around KW and property was on lower end of furnishings verse other qualities. Sound deadening characteristics at house is not great, neighbors had parties and loud noises that lasted very late and disruptive, Better following night then another issue next night.Overall house is big with lots of space. Management was always responsive to any issues. So 5 stars on Management, 3 on furnishings and operations, 4 on layout and condition."

"Great location and property. This was not our 1st stay at those condos on that property. It is convenient to have our boat in a slip there. Condo was well stocked. Only issue, the some of the blinds were missing in the master bedroom slider. Too much light coming in through the slider in the morning. Otherwise, it was great!"

"The house was clean. The items you would expect were onsite. The dock was a great amenity. The only issue was the dirty pool. On the second day the pool guy came and it took him 1.5 hours to clean the pool."

"This is a wonderful property with great amenities. We appreciated the hosts sharing some pantry essentials. We did our best to pay it forward. The view from the balcony that has an entrance from family room and bedroom was beautiful. The location also offers amenities offered at the nearby resort. We enjoyed a kayak guided tour. Thank you for a wonderful stay."
