Die Belegschaft war teilweise sehr bemüht, leider aber nicht diesem Standard angemessen (Begrüßung und Erklärung der Anlage hat gefehlt, nach Allergien wurde nicht gefragt, Koffer beim Transport leider beschädigt). Leider sowohl kein Fitnessstudio oder Sauna auf der Anlage vorhanden. Frühstück und Service war sehr überschaubar. Sogar weniger Auswahl an...

"Jeg overnattede på dette fredelige hotel kun en enkel nat, men jeg ville gerne være blevet der længere. Det var som om at træde ind i en historisk bygning, hvor tiden ikke havde flyttet sig. Bygningen var indvendigt om et museum og værelset var meget stort og renoveret med en nænsomhed og respekt for det historiske. Poolen var ikke stor, men jeg nød at slappe af der. Det korte ophold blev til et fristed for mig i min travle hverdag. Jeg vil meget gerne komme tilbage igen. "

"This is our second time visiting Mallorca, Spain. This property was exceptional. It was relatively close to Palma and all of the most beautiful and scenic towns on the island. There was daily housekeeping. The breakfast was fresh and delicious. They were even able to accommodate my food allergies. I even gave the staff a hug on the last day as they were superb! We traveled with our 2 daughters ages 7 and 9. We highly recommend this property!"

"The hotel was very peaceful, though within easy reach of a tram stop to either Soller or the port. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Although the dinner menu had limited options, the food was very good and the breakfast buffet had a huge choice. The mountain views were spectacular, even during a thunderstorm!"
