"Hotel is lovely with a great setting on the river, staff were very helpful and friendly, breakfast was first class, as was the Evening meal, did feel that the tables in the restaurant were a bit dated so a cloth to cover the table would have made it look so much nicer, I appreciate that the building is very old and had I known how noisy it was going to be I would have asked for an upstairs room, you could hear every step because the floorboards were very creaky and none of room doors had a soft close mechanism so there was constant door banging, it would also have been helpful if all guests could be reminded to be considerate by keeping the noise down when returning to there rooms late at night on the information sheet in the room. Having said all that it is a beautiful place in a great location and I will definitely be returning in a few months. Thank you "

"Very stylish room with comfortable bed and soft linens. Modern bathroom with excellent lighting, large shower and heated towel rail. Also proper sized bath towels. The room was spacious and well heated with a kettle and complimentary water. Top floor rooms are quiet as no noise from the bar but you can hear the road. The staff are polie and helpful. Overall an excellent stay, thank you Qudos!"

"The staff are friendly and we secured the room we wanted. The restaurant is excellent, it serves great steak!! The hotel is very old, so things do creak a bit. Salisbury shopping isn’t the best with a few empty units."
