"We turned up and there was already a family in the property, we had no way of contacting someone and the family kindly gave us the owners number who contacted us the next day but the night we arrived we were left stranded after 4 hours of driving with no where to stay with 3 young children. I would not book again "

The pub offered drink and food specials that helped us stay in budget- and were of excellent quality. The location is easily walkable to Port Issac and local walking trails. "Could do with a hoover under bunk beds. Didn’t have all of the advertised vegetables with roast dinner and wasn’t offered any alternatives or discount. Service in restaurant and bar slow at times. Beautiful view of PolZeath beach . Sofas could do with a clean as water stains on them and a few more cushions on sofa would be a nice extra.Overall very pleased with our stay and would return again."

"Beautifully finished apartment and to a high standard. The bed was lovely and comfortable. The staff were very accommodating on what was a very busy evening for them. Food was lovely and presented well, amazing coffee too. Location was great just what we needed for our trip."

"Superb location, metres from the slipway and harbour. Close to costal footpath and walk to Port Gaverne, restaurant, pubs and cafes. Very cosy cottage with wood burner. A few minor things like no fridge light, a few cobwebs but nothing to put anyone off. Well equipped kitchen and rear shared courtyard. I would return! "
