"We had a few of issues to begin with which were sorted out quickly and efficiently, a front room which was changed to a back room, a TV remote that wasn't working (they changed the batteries) and a cloudy lager that was exchanged with no quibbles. The bedroom was generally ok, but would have benefitted with brighter bedside lighting and the mould in the en-suite ceiling needs sorting, the remainder of the en-suite was very clean.

"The Staff was very helpful and pleasant. Easy to talk to. The location was a hard one to find and we had to park our car quite a distance away but can't do much about that. We did enjoy the location to much of the town. The Hotel itself was very clean and well run. The area around it we weren't as comfortable with."
"No food options, but was a room with microwave in you could heat some food in. Didnt bother me as we ate out anyway. Bed was very comfortable. We came back to the apartment at around 9pm. We watched a film on the tv (netflix already logged in), which was a very pleasent surprise. We had a beautiful view from the balcony. Was so nice to wake up to of a morning. Overall cleanliness wasnt the best but not that bad that we couldnt stay, we didnt take much notice. Only encountered one member of staff, the man who checked us in. He was lovely and helpful. "This is wonderful property very convenient to Bristol airport (so on the flight path, some flight noise in the morning). Beautiful building on a gorgeous property.
