Book this Spacious 3-Bedroom Beach Home Now! Cheap for last week of June!

"Beautiful property in a gorgeous beach neighborhood. Beautifully decorated. Well equipped kitchen if you plan on doing some cooking. Having 2 bathrooms was great (1 full size tub/shower and 1 shower stall for the kids) Super clean! Cold central air! Comfortable queen size beds. Great communication with owner. We drove to the beach, parking was easy to find if you’re there by mid morning. House is walkable from the beach (we did it several times for bathroom breaks so we didn’t lose our parking spots.). We will definitely consider another stay here and would highly recommend it to others."

"First off, let me say that Breana is a great host! She responds to posts extremely quickly and was very helpful with every question I had! She went out of her way to make sure our stay was great!Now, to the property. If you have a big group, want to be able to all stay in one house, be near a beach and have a heated pool too, this is the rental for you! We had 6 adult couples, including one with a baby and 3 more single adults and the bedrooms worked out perfectly.The kitchen was far and away the most well stocked kitchen I have ever encountered from a VRBO or AirBNB. And it was the most organized too, with drawers and cabinets labeled. The kitchen was pretty large with a table that seats 7, plus there is a formal dining room that easily seats 12. There is a living room and a separate den. Plenty of seating in both of these spaces. Outside there is a large gas grill and outdoor dining set for 8,A very nice beach is about an 8 minute walk. And there are plenty of folding chairs and other pool and beach equipment (floats, etc.). Breana made sure the pool water was a very comfortable temperature. We had 10 adults in the pool at one time and there was room for more.All in all, this was the perfect house for family gathering and it probably would be for you too!"

"Spacious house- only 1 block from the beach and the bay! We appreciated that beach chairs, beach tags, linens, towels, and toilet paper were provided for us! We enjoyed sitting on the front deck with the dog in the mornings and evenings. We had a wonderful time here and will return next summer!"

"Our stay was so great. The house was fully stocked for everything you needed. The house was very clean. It was a perfect 1st beach trip for my grandson, a perfect way to celebrate my daughters birthdays and Fathers day. Plenty of beach stuff there to use with toys for little ones. Check in and check out process was very easy thanks to great communication from the hosts. We had a great family vacation."

"We rented this house for my best friend’s bachelorette weekend, and it was absolutely perfect for our group of 9 girls. The home accommodated everyone very comfortably with plenty of space to relax, get ready, and spend time together.The house was well-equipped with cooking utensils, kitchen essentials, and even some cleaning supplies, which was a nice surprise since we had brought our own. The views alone made this rental worth it. The golf course backdrop and stunning sunsets over the bay were absolutely beautiful and something we looked forward to every evening.The host’s communication was 10/10. They were responsive, helpful, and quickly addressed the few minor questions or issues we had throughout our stay, like AC fluke and door passcode.The only downside was that the hot tub wasn’t clean when we arrived, so we chose not to use it. However, it wasn’t a major issue and certainly didn’t take away from our overall experience.We had an amazing weekend and would absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking for a spacious, beautiful home for a group getaway!"
