"The hotel didn’t have any hot water up on checking no one has told us also the rooms was very out dated and mold and was dirty"

"Rooms were clean and staff were polite. There are several restaurant in the Resort. There is bound to be something for everyone. Most restaurants open Thursday-Sunday so if you travel earlier in the week you won’t have the full options. Front desk check in was time consuming because there are no kiosk to check in. However, if you’re a VIP member there is a separate check-in session that makes the money you’ve spent gambling well worth the exclusive treatment. "

"They had decent activities. The condition of the hotel is poor. Staff is not helpful. There was one very rude front desk person very short and responded with an attitude she seemed to be very young and has no customer service skills. I will say the front desk person, Diamond, excellent customer service skills. She was very helpful and explained a lot without having to ask. Room was given away and rooms were dirty and poor condition. We had to be moved the second night due to having no more doubles which was already paid for prior to trip. The king was very outdated dirty couch. They had no extra blankets to provide and you are only provided two towels to a room and even at the waterpark... bring your own towels. Breakfast was good. The restaurant wasnt the best esthetically. Overall. I would only go for the entertainment if I was to visit with family, but would not stay there again. It looked better online."

"That was the best wonderful time ever I was my birthday with my husband we love the hotel people was amazing food the best music great and everything was excellent love everything. We come back in July for my husband birthday too, I can wait "

"Don’t book this hotel, horrible, bad service and they charge even to get in the pool from the “security deposit” without telling you that’s what is it for. "

"Selene was great. She was attentive and we had everything we needed for our stay. The place very clean with ample parking. "

"Wish I could give those host 0 stars but that’s not an option. Avoid this property and host. Reservation was cancelled within minutes of check-in. There were frozen pipes and safety issues, that the host was aware of for days and failed to properly notify a group of 6 moms and 7 young children. There were carloads full of food, excited children with nowhere to go. The renter offered 2 houses, one of which also had frozen pipes. Ultimately the host squeezed everyone into smaller property, which had safety issues (loose railing, broken door knobs, doors that wouldn't close, grime, inadequate parking and MAJOR heating issues with no fix.) Host's promises regarding refunds on the phone were NOT followed through with in writing. A prior renter's review from 2/2/26 forewarned of frozen pipes and the host said the were trying to remove the that unfaborable review. Beware of this host."
