You have tea making facilities, and a microwave but that's were it ends. No toaster, crockery or utensils. Heater didn't work, and no telephone to get in touch with management . There was no information regarding what is available in the area e.g. shopping centre, Drs, hospital theme parks. No hand towels, fscewashers, body wash, so make sure you come prepared. I think for what I paid I was very disappointed

Really love my stay there. its quiet, peaceful and very friendly customer care despite it being 30min away from Brisbane CBD but good access to train and bus.

The building itself is lovely. It has cathedral ceilings and is double brick. This meant the room was warm in winter. The staff were very helpful when we were late arriving.

We had a quick stay over and the room was comfortable and clean. The tenant nextdoor had the TV up loud ALL night LONG hence didn't get enough sleep but that's not the property managers fault.Weve stayed before and will again as its close to where we want to visit.

Located just outside the M1, easy to reach. Take away places and Aldi just down the road, 10 min walk. The room was clean and comfortable, it also had a microwave and a toaster. Inside parking.

Clean and comfortable bed. Spacious room and nice hot shower. There was no iron or ironing board in the room and when I went to reception to seek one out, it was closed despite being a time when it was advertised as open.

It was clean and quiet felt secure and comfortable. Would have liked compendium to show local deliveries and the remote showed Netflix but it didn’t work. Would have appreciated warm welcome after hours driving and to be informed of local attractions and recommended restaurants or breakfast options. Friendlier service and welcome would have meant rebooking for next time. Smiles are free and make such a difference in hospitality setting.
