The check in lady was so friendly. An inspiration to customer service. My son enjoyed the pool even though it was freezing out and the spa was lovely. The room was spacious and included everything we needed. A great place to stay. We will be back.

Booked last minute for a weekend away. 5 minute drive to our event. We were running late on check in and the manager was very kind and stayed back til we arrived. King Suite was roomy and clean. Comfortable bed, though I prefer a firmer mattress. Spa bath was great. It was aged and only one jet worked really well but still amazing to soak in after a big day out.

Hotel was convenient for visiting family in area. Room was clean, with fridge, kettle, toaster and microwave and dinner set/cutlery. Also iron/ironing board provided. Downside was there was very few power points....not one on either side of the bed. Have addressed this with management. Close to Hyperdome shopping centre and Eagle tavern. Convenient for 2 night stay.

What a pleasure to have stayed here. Received a upgraded room. Wonderful friendly greeting on arrival and departure. Room had just recently been renovated, very nicely. Great position. Would happily stay again. Highly recommended

Lovely friendly staff. I would definitely update the website as there is no room service or restaurant. The spa is definitely cosy. Very surprised at how quiet it was considering it was just off a main highway. Would book again.

The reception was so lovely and welcoming. The room had a separate Bedroom, and 2 single beds as we were 3 separate adults and was good to have a separate kitchen and table and chairs which gave us more space. We had a beautiful homemade breakfast. Who doesn't love bacon and poached eggs with toast. Yum. Beautiful pool and a separate spa. It is located right on the highway for easy access. Thank you Guys.

Very friendly staff, and very helpful. Went above and beyond what was expected. I needed to store some desserts which i made for an event the evening that we stayed and they assisted us without hesitation. Thank you so much. I will recommend this place and potentially stay over again.
