"Hi we stayed for three nights arrived to find no towels had been left, shower despenser han not been filled, also no cups and spoons in room for making a drink, yes they have a kitchen you can get stuff from, but would expect these in our room. we found some towels on a chair on the landing, we did text the number and rang but no reply. overall ok but pay more attention to detail."

"Fantastic location, and an excellent multipurpose use space upstairs for the family to enjoy, with amazing views of the harbour. However property lacked a few essential such as hoover for us to keep it tidy during our stay, the washing machine wasn’t working, and very rusty outdoor table on what is a fantastic outdoor eating area. Overall the finish was tired in places, and the cleaning standard wasn’t fantastic with food under the bed and grubby floors."

"I booked this property in Brixham so that my partner and her brother could visit their sister who hasn't been well. The communication around the booking and access to the property was first class with Angela providing very clear and prompt guidance and information. The property itself was very clean and well maintained. It is a very comfortable and quirky cottage close to the harbour, shops and restaurants. They were even able to have drinks on the upper terrace at the cottage which was a welcome outside space. I would highly recommend Seabird Cottage to anyone looking for a clean and cosy place to stay and yes, they said they would be very happy to stay there again. Thanks you Angela for the use of your cottage."

"Just got back from a long weekend at the lookout in brixham .. it’s a beautiful house with all you need . Very clean and a great location .. not even storm Bert could ruin our break away … will definitely be stopping here again .. highly recommend"

"2nd stay here, lovely place. Only negative was a coat hanger that had been thrown on ledge outside our window that we had to look at as we admired the view and no mattress protector on the bed. Towels were poor but we will still return. Beautiful bed and bathroom Even had a regular visit from a seagull."
