The little pub a few doors down was also lovely, friendly and inviting locals too which was really nice! Would highly recommend, would 100% return! Host was extremely friendly and helpful! "

"I can see why a previous review only said ok. The apartment is good. The location excellent. But communication with the owner was dreadful. We were not given the vehicle gate code. The owner did not respond to our request nor VRBO's request to contact us with the info. Every time we went out we worried how we would get back in. So overall all we can say is ok. "

"Hello, we stayed on Saturday 6th September. Room needs a bit of updating, but apart from that an amazing hotel. The evening meal was just superb, my partner s steak was incredible, and the carrot soup starter is heavenly. "Great view from balcony, everything you would need for a self catering holiday. Really good as a base as the main harbour is a short walk away and the Breakwater cafe is even nearer. If you are looking for chic designer decorated rooms forget it, if you want a comfy sensible base with a very helpful owner then this is the place. Yes you can see the building is older in places but overall it represents excellent value for money and a great place to stay."
