"Good position in Dartmouth. Very helpful lady from Falmouth on the Bar but not enough staff at breakfast. May be noisy in the summer but very convenient for town, restaurants and shops. Good to see they have Jazz entertainment on occasions."

"What a fabulous location matched only by the 1st class room we stayed in. Andrew and Martin were the perfect hosts and we will definitely be recommending this brilliant B/B to everyone. It’s the best we’ve stayed in. The beds are comfy, the breakfasts excellent and the room we had was everything you hope for but don’t usually get. Well done guys. We will definitely be coming back. "

"Main drawback was parking which was some distance so no quick access to car for forgotten items. To be fair, proprietor provided a free personal taxi service on arrival and departure. Breakfast a bit quirky. "

"Fantastic house & location. All of Dartmouth & Kingswear accessible without a car & excellent walks from the doorstep. Only issue was very tight vehicle access made more difficult due to local building work. Would love to return."

"Lovely little house,location fantastic. Everything you needed was supplied, books games even dishwasher tablets and cleaning equipment. Just needs a little TLC. Small negative, we didnt realise the property was over four floors until we got our final confirmation. This caused a slight problem as we had my eighty year old mother with us. All in all a great little getaway and would definitely book the house again."
