"The office behind reception looked like a junkyard, the toilet in our room was not clean on arrival. The mattresses in rooms were very uncomfortable due to the springs.
This place was cheap but for good reasons. Would not stay again .

"For a 1-night stay this hotel had everything we needed. Central location, easy parking, a spacious room with a comfy bed (and the added bonus of a sea view) and a tasty breakfast in the morning.
My wife and I visit Torquay a few times and have stayed in most of the hotels in this price bracket - the Heritage has to be one of the best yet."
