"Didn't receive the property information coming up to the booking date, I contacted the company and was told there was some IT issue and apologised and forwarded me the information. When we first arrived after a 5 hour drive at half 6 on a Saturday evening, the access code for the key lock box we recieved via the property app was incorrect. "It wasn't the room we thought we were getting (different photos which are misleading). It wasn't child friendly as my Son could get his hands on everything and we had to keep him in a highchair the majority of the time we were in the room to make sure he didn't hurt himself. The bathroom smelt of sewage and the toilet had a heavy flow leak (rectified by the owner but needs a more permanent fix as he said the pipes lose).
