"Its high end with great decor and fab spa facilities. Our stay was somewhat spoiled by drunken guests and their friends in the next room making excessive noise and shouting between 12.30-2.30 am, keeping us awake, security was called twice to try and resolve and did offer us a rom change in the middle of the night which was not practical. On speaking to Harry the manager it appears this was not the only case that evening. The hotel should consider introducing a quiet policy after 12 with removal of clients who dont adhere, sadly a few spoil it for everyone else. We were offered a free late check out but as we had to leave our car park was reimbursed as a gesture of goodwill, which was appreciated."
