"Room was ok needs updating, sink taps need attention, cracks in sink and shower tray, but they didn't leak so that was good, perhaps they will get round to it as it looks like there doing bits to hotel."

"Middle of March and still fairly cold .Main heating doesn’t stay long enough to heat up the apartment.I had to use the electric heating which run on a meter .I ended up paying £15 on the electricity meter for heating ,lights and cooker for 3 nights stay .The downside for me was paying to keep the electricity going .Just be aware when booking ,they have the old electricity meter where you have to pay extra to keep the electricity going for the duration in your stay "

"I stayed Tusker lodge for 4 nights, the room was pleasant, clean and the bed very comfortable, as I I am a vegetarian I had the veggie breakfast this was very nice. great couple who run the lodge, its a few minute walk in to the town walk back is up hill so takes a little longer, great location, I would stay there again. "

"Mark and Sharon are amazing and are very friendly. The hotel is a credit to their hard work and passion as it is immaculate and spotlessly clean. Nothing is too much trouble and the breakfast is first class - the Melba breakfast was unbelievable. Location wise - everything is on hand within a gentle 10 minute stroll - a perfect hotel with perfect hosts."

"Tried to contact you to no avail THIS HOTEL IS CLOSED. HAS NOT BEEN OPEN SINCE FIRST LOCKDOWN. SUGEST YOU CHECK BEFORE OFFERING ACCOMMODATION. NOT A GOOD THING TO ARRIVE AT 3PM WHEN ITS GETTING DARK TO FIND DOORS ALL LOCKED AND PLACE IN A DELAPIDATED STATE .WOULD APPRECIATE SOME FORM OF REPLY FROM YOU"
