"Absolutely everything! Our room was wonderful! Exactly what we had hoped for. The breakfast each morning was unbelievable! So many wonderful options. Amazing food. Coffee and expresso machines always available. The location was perfect! Close to shops, funicular, fish market, buses, we could walk to everywhere we wanted to go. Restaurants were close by, great variety and plenty of excellent food. All staff were so helpful and friendly. I truly cannot recommend this hotel enough!!!"

"Nice place, fancier than I expected for the price we paid. The room was pretty small but perfectly adequate. We paid a little extra for a few hours in the spa pool. Also paid for breakfast on our last day which was more expensive than I expected but it was quite good with a lot of variety."

"Great location and nice room, excellent breakfast. However we were overwhelmed by the very large group coming from a cruise. Breakfast was crazy. Either come early or late to breakfast otherwise it’s a zoo with the very large cruise group attacking the breakfast area and lobby and very few staff to help"
