"We arrived late to the hotel around 10pm and greeted by their friendly staff. We immediately felt like home. In additon, the ground floor cafe opens late and has vegetarian options that we didn't have to go out to get food. The check-in process was really smooth. I will defintiely stay in this hotel next time."

"Check in was quick but the young woman who checked me in wasn’t able to answer my question. I saw a large glass building across the street and asked her what it was, and she said a condo. I could see it wasn’t, and looked it up on google when I got to my room. It’s a conservatory, full of plants and a farmers market that is free to visitors. Staff should know local attractions in case people ask. Housekeeping staff was very polite every time we ran into them in the halls or elevator. The elevator is small, so a larger powered wheelchair might struggle to fit. The room was nice and clean and has been renovated in the last few years. The bed was super comfortable, and there was a mini fridge in the room. The hotel is within walking distance to lots of restaurants. The gym faces the street so there isn’t a lot of privacy unless you can bring down a blind. No pool. There is a free breakfast which was quite popular. Overall it impressed me with its cleanliness and modernity (lots of usb charge ports). We always check for bed bugs, can confirm, there are none! It also had floating end tables which also helps reduce space where dust and debris can build up. This is a great place to stay."

"The breakfast at the restaurant across the street from the hotel (the hotel had an arrangement with them for breakfast) was good!"

"Valet parking only, 56 CAD a day with in/out privileges. Hotel has a great location near many shops, restaurants, and public transportation options. The room was decent size, but smelled damp due to there not being a vent fan for bathroom moisture. Also the tile from the door toward the carpeted area caused sounds from the hall to echo through the room. Bring earplugs and a face mask. Bed had a well worn in mattress that could probably do with a flip."

"We didn't have breakfast. The elevators to go to the parking garage were not working and as someone who has broke my back, I can't do stairs. We also watched a couple with 3 kids two strollers try to get them downstairs which was a handful. Plus the stairwell was not the cleanest."
