Spotlessly clean and very spacious. Great location just a 5-10 minute walk to the town, harbour and lovely walks. Large totally secure garden for our dog. The kitchen was brilliant containing absolutely everything you could wish for. The hosts were extremely accommodating. Thanks very much we will definitely be returning later this year."

"Could do with a hoover under bunk beds. Didn’t have all of the advertised vegetables with roast dinner and wasn’t offered any alternatives or discount. Service in restaurant and bar slow at times. Beautiful view of PolZeath beach . Sofas could do with a clean as water stains on them and a few more cushions on sofa would be a nice extra.Overall very pleased with our stay and would return again."

"The property is the perfect location for Trevone bay and rocky beach, the children loved it and not far to visit Padstow or numerous other beaches. The property was very clean and well equipped, and we especially enjoyed the downstairs wet room and utility to shower after a beach day. I would highly recommend this property it has everything you need for a great holiday."
