The hotel is great. Rooms are big modern and clean, the view of the lake is fantastic , and the staff is excellent. It is however a bit of a walking and 15 min of public transport to go to Zurich so may not be the most convenient place to stay if you want to spend a lot of time in Zurich..

This hotel is conveniently next to the airport with a connecting walkway. But it’s unlike any airport hotel I’ve ever stayed at. It’s super clean and stylish - reminded me of a fancy tech campus - surrounded by posh restaurants and work spaces. The park (circle) is walkable and the view at the top is pretty. Beautiful property. Wonderful service and food.

Rooms were excellent and spacious with a sitting area. Shower was very large and water pressure was great. Only drawback was that pillows were to thick and difficult to sleep with. Great location and walking distance to mall and restaurants

Very nice hotel

The rooms are really big and very comfortable. The breakfast is excellent with a very large spread of food and high quality. The location is also very good. Close to zurich airport and 7 mins to downtown.

An easy walk to the airport for an early morning flight. Coming to the hotel we walked on the outside. The hotel staff told us of the shorter way. Coffee, croissants, and apples were available, at no charge, for all of us early birds to take with us.

Nice hotel near transportation but its not in the city

We asked for a lake view room upon reservation and when we arrived, we were upgraded to a suite with not only a lake view, but a balcony. The accommodations were not only spacious and comfortable, but the room was beautifully appointed with an antique desk and dresser, lovely chandeliers, roomy closets and a double sink bathroom. Details and little touches make this hotel special. We received a bowl of fruit, a handwritten note of welcome, and binoculars to enjoy the spectacular views offered...

It should be a great place to stay in Zurich and very close the ZHR airport. Definitely go back and stay here. Also, this hotel is a few steps from Rumlang Station. Strongly recommend to people.

The hotel thought of every little detail. On arrival, one could have a cool drink. In the room they had all sort of things to make tea or coffee. there was a bathrobe, slippers. great towels. the bed was very comfortable Even in the hallway comming of the lift, were always apples waiting for you \Location is very good. Great staff and great location! The only problem I had was the toillet in my room had no door! So if you are not comfortable, make sure to ask from staff!
