"LOVED IT !!! My husband and I recently stayed here for three nights...first time to Venice. Mario was a fantastic host providing a lovely breakfast each morning and some great recommendations (including a map) of the most popular places to visit in Venice, which made our trip perfect. The place was perfectly located, very clean, quiet....just perfect spot for a short visit. And it was our first time staying in B&B and certainly did not disappoint. I would 1000% recommend this place !"
"Cute little room in an almost 600 year old building in the heart of Venice.
The staff were incredibly friendly, happy, and helpful.
We arrived late in the evening and they made sure we had all the information we needed to get into our room.
There is a small common area with a refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee machine and teapot.
Our room was tiny, but clean and had a cupboard for our clothes and a little safe if you need it.
The bathroom and shower were great, too. "

"We can't say enough about this place. First, we had arrived 1.5 days late due to flight from USA, and onward to Venice Italy. Our hosts, the best ever, stayed in contact with us, understood, and STILL met us when we arrived. The place was clean and better than pictures. The location was perfect for seeing the beautiful city. Our only problem, not being able to stay longer! Thank you both for making our first stop in Italy great. See you again."
"Beautiful hotel right on the water. We also enjoyed the outdoor space with a bottle of Prosecco and snacks. The hotel is very quiet and the a/c was nice and cool. We enjoyed the neighborhood- not crowded compared to the Gran Canal. Great eating within minutes of the hotel. And a great bakery just over the bridge. My only complaint is that the shower door isn't sealed enough so water leaks onto the floor."
"The staff here is very helpful, friendly, and available 24/7. The location was perfect - close to restaurants and stores, yet it is in a quiet location away from the main road (strada). Their inside restaurant has delicious food and a charming atmosphere - inside and out. "
"We really enjoyed our stay here. Our room was beautiful, quiet and comfortable. Their breakfast had many delicious options and seating in both the garden and lovely, flower-filled dining area. The staff were very helpful & friendly, going above and beyond with recommendations and even lent us an umbrella for the afternoon.
The hotel has an afternoon tea, which was beautifully presented and a nice break from all the crowds. We highly recommend!!"

"A very reasonably priced hotel in Venice overlooking a canal and extremely walkable to all the sights in Venice. Easy to get to from the boat stop (beware pickpockets!). Room was very spacious - we had a suite as my husband and I were travelling with our 20year old daughter and there was a large sofa bed made up for her in the sitting room that she said was comfortable. Friendly and professional staff who were also very welcoming to our dog"
