"Overall really loved the Hotel. Lovely view from our room over the bay. The staff were really lovely and helpful. One problem we did have was the menu shown on the website has obviously not been brought up to date. Before visiting we had chosen what we wanted from the online menu (which also stated a 10% surcharge) only to find a completely different menu on arrival with a 12.5 % surcharge. Having arrived after a long journey I ended up having a bowl of soup! This may be useful for future visitors as nowhere else to eat locally. The breakfast, however, was perfect."

"Beautiful accommodation. Very clean, comfortable and spacious. Loved the location, very peaceful, surrounded by nature (we saw deer from the lounge window at night!), and has a stunning garden too. Only 5mins walk into Gorran Haven; great fish and chip shop next to the beach. Trudi and Ted were friendly and lovely people. Great base for the SW coast path. We want to stay again, but for longer next time."
