Character Coastal Cottage 5 minutes stroll to Beach/Amenities

10/10 Excellent

"A wonderful spacious flat in a great location. Super, helpful hosts."

Stylish Boatshed with Sea Views, Private Parking

10/10 Excellent

"Lovely place to stay and just perfect for what we needed. Even managed to sit on the balcony to eat breakfast one morning and in October thats lucky. Only thing that people should be aware of is that the lanes to get there are narrow. Doesn't take away how great the place is, but my wife wouldn't drive around there."

Little Gwyn. 3 min walk to Beach! Gorgeous views out to sea.

10/10 Excellent

"Lovely homely cottage very high standard. With lovely sun terrance for capturing the view. The owner gave excellent recommendations for places to eat and great walks our dog loved vault l hemmick and colona beach which we had all to ourselves in October. Loved watching seals from the decent from dodman point to hemmick beach lounging in bright iridescent sea. Great place"

Spacious Home, Panoramic Sea Views & Large Garden

10/10 Excellent

"Perhaver House ist eine Traumlocation in Cornwall an der Kanalküste mit wunderschönem ungestörten Blick entlang der Küste in beiden Richtungen. Es ist das letzte Haus in der Cliff Road mit großem Garten am Hang und geschützter Privatsphäre und für eine Großfamilie bestens geeignet. Ein echter Geheimtipp."

Two Bedroomed Holiday Cottage With Sea Views just one mile from the beach

10/10 Excellent

"This was one of the best cottages we have stayed in. It was clean, spacious, very well decorated and furnished. The outside area was perfect for us to enjoy a boardgame, drinks and food in the evening and it looked ovwr fields. There is a sea view from the rear bedroom window and assigned parking. However, the best selling point was the location. There was an excellent pub that did good food and had a huge beer garden less than 10 minutes walk away as well as a local store that had a good range of products. Gorran Haven was a 5 minutes drive or 20 minutes walk away and has a really good chip shop and beach. We walk to Portmellon and Mevagissy in around 90 minutes (driving there is easy too around 10-15 minutes). Our favourite beach was at Porthluney another 10 minute drive from the cottage. For bigger shops and petrol then St Austell is 30 minutes away. Finally the Lost Gardens of Heligan is 7 minutes drive away and very much worth a visit. We thoroughly and whole heartedly recommend this cottage for anyone looking to visit mid Cornwall."

Cottage & Boatshed in Gorran Haven, Private Parking

10/10 Excellent

"My family stayed for 2 weeks in the Gorran Haven cottage and we had a wonderful stay. There was more than enough room for 6 of us to stay comfortably. They have done a great job with the updates. The garden was a lot of fun for my kids, we even had a resident baby seagull! The hosts were very responsive to questions. My one note is about provisions, a lot of things that I consider basics were missing - tissues, soap for the shower, oven gloves etc. We were staying for so long I didn't mind picking these up, but a heads up for those there for a shorter stay."

Historic Chapel, Great Facilities nr Beaches

8/10 Good

"Kerb appeal was not very good.Parking was difficult and I would suggest making use of the garage would solve this problem. I thought that the photographs of the Chapel were much better than the reality.More TLC required in the building. Apart from that we enjoyed a good few days in Gorran High Lanes."
