Firstly, a credit to the staff, all of whom were fantastically polite and personable, providing simply great service.
The vintage lift was a unique joy with the communal areas continuing the slightly nostalgic theme.
The bar and dining vibe was relaxed, quiet and combined with great food and attentive staff made for a relaxed breakfast, evening drinks and dinner. Incidentally, dining provides for great views over the harbour.
Our room had the most complete sea vista, was incredibly clean with a very comfy bed and was very well stocked with tea and Nespresso coffee.
In contrast to other large hotels locally the Harbour provided for a quiet, relaxing stay and a memorable visit to Fowey.

"Gorgeous views over the estuary to Fowey, absolutely lovely apartment with everything we needed. Lovely touches on arrival with a bottle of fizz, nibbles & milk in the fridge. Thank you for that & the supply of coffee pods for the machine.Frequent ferry crossings to Fowey, lovely walks, however, you need to be fairy fit to cope with the steep streets & hills."

"Lovely position. Very steep walks to house from amenities. Bedroom window wouldn’t open! Had problem with shower as wouldn’t work when I first got there. managed to get mgr to get Electrition to fix it. Got extra night for shower problem. Over all I really enjoyed being there with my dog and would stay there again. Great for a dog as lots of walking close by. "
