"A nice hotel. Used the pool which was needed in the heat. Friendly staff. Wedding by the pool meant a very noisy night. Cleaners knocked early to clean. Not enough lifts. We’re given an upgrade - not sure what it would have been before! 3 people in the room amenities for 2, even when I called and asked first more, nothing was received… ie. cup, bottle water, nothing major!"

"I would not recommend staying at Mazar Pyramids Hotel, especially if you are a female traveller.From the moment we checked in, we felt uncomfortable. Several members of staff, both male and female, constantly stared at us throughout our stay, making us feel unwelcome and uneasy, they would make sly comments unaware i could understand arabic. The staff there behave as they have not seen women before, 90% of the staff there should not be working in a hotel or be around tourists as they are very close minded people. The management and owner should be aware of the behaviour of the people they employ, as this reflected very poorly on the hotel. The incident that crossed the line occurred while we were relaxing by the pool. A group of men stood above the pool area and began taking multiple photos of us without our consent. When I confronted one of them, he quickly tried to justify it by claiming the photos were for his social media. I had to explain that taking photographs of guests in a pool area without their permission is completely inappropriate. After this incident, we no longer felt comfortable using the pool or tanning area, which significantly affected our trip. Another issue that I am surprised more reviews do not mention is the noise. Every night from around 11:00 PM until approximately 3:30 AM, there was extremely loud music coming from the surrounding banqueting halls. Even with earplugs, it was impossible to escape the noise and get a proper night's sleep."

Four Seasons Hotel Cairo at Nile Plaza

"If there were an option lower than 1%, I would have chosen it. When staying at a Four Seasons property, one naturally expects a higher standard of professionalism and guest care. Unfortunately, during my stay, extensive maintenance work was carried out while guests were in-house, resulting in constant noise disturbance, as well as strong paint and thinner fumes throughout the property. What is most concerning is that no prior notice or warning was provided. This is particularly serious for guests who suffer from asthma, respiratory conditions, or other chronic health issues. The fumes caused me health-related discomfort and significantly impacted my stay. This level of disruption is simply unacceptable for a luxury hotel operating under the Four Seasons name. I will be obtaining a medical report and submitting a formal complaint regarding this matter. A very disappointing experience."

"It’s all about the people working at Ramses Hilton! Everyone is doing an excellent job. From the great team at the front desk, to the customers service staff that calls every day to make sure I didn’t need anything, and finally to the great guy handling house keeping everyday on my floor from nine AM to five PM with a warm and great smile that brightens my day. Thanks everyone."
