"It’s all about the people working at Ramses Hilton! Everyone is doing an excellent job. From the great team at the front desk, to the customers service staff that calls every day to make sure I didn’t need anything, and finally to the great guy handling house keeping everyday on my floor from nine AM to five PM with a warm and great smile that brightens my day. Thanks everyone."

"This is the worst inn I've seen in my traveling history. Very small, with only 12 rooms. The room is small with poor amenities. No elevator, Wi-Fi not working, and a poor breakfast served on the sunny roof (no buffet) under a big dirty umbrella. The place opens onto a busy road, very noisy day and night. Stray dogs are abundant on that road, and dirt and flies are around. I do not recommend this place."

"We absolutely loved our stay here! We were a little hesitant about the location when booking, but it ended up being perfect. We had a private driver and tour guide throughout our trip, which made getting around easy, and the hotel itself exceeded our expectations. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The rooftop restaurant alone is worth staying here for the food was soo good, and the views were absolutely incredible, especially at sunset. They don’t serve alcohol, which is typical in general for the culture but they offer a variety of non alcoholic cocktails you could easily add your own travel sized bottles to make a drink. The pool area was beautiful and our room was huge. We especially enjoyed having a private Jacuzzi, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. Others had mentioned the street noise, but it didn’t bother us. The breakfast each morning was also great, especially being included, with plenty of options. Overall, this hotel was one of the highlights of our trip, and we would happily stay here again."

"I honestly don’t know where to begin. This was my second stay at this hotel, and somehow they managed to exceed my expectations all over again. When I made my reservation, I had booked a standard room. To my surprise, once they recognized me as a returning guest, they upgraded me to a beautiful and spacious suite with two bedrooms and a private jacuzzi. I was completely shocked and genuinely touched by this gesture. This time my mother was traveling with me, which made the experience even more special. Seeing her happiness and comfort meant so much to me, and I am deeply grateful to the hotel team for making us feel so welcomed and appreciated. What makes this hotel exceptional is not only the cleanliness, the delicious food, or the comfortable rooms—it’s the people. The kindness, respect, generosity, and genuine care they show their guests are truly rare. From the moment you arrive, you feel less like a customer and more like a valued member of the family. Thank you to every single member of the team for your outstanding hospitality and for making our stay unforgettable. Your warmth and professionalism are the reason I keep coming back, and I will continue recommending this hotel to everyone I know.
