"This trip was not great. There was a broken elevator and the wifi did not work for 2 nights. The AC cover is barely hanging on to the unit and makes a constant rattling noise. The shower head gave weak water preasure and was not enjoyable.the screen in the window was bowed out of its track it looks like if you touch it the wrong way it will fly out. I think I have been in 7 different rooms in this hotel and this one was the worst."

"This is my second time staying here and you know if I go back that means it was great the first time. The rooms were great. The breakfast was good but I would prefer different meals each day. Overall my stay was great."

"Breakfast was great! Fresh, hot and replenished constantly. My only feedback is give instructions for using the waffle maker. I didn't know it had to be flipped but the server did it for me so it was all good!"

"I stayed for one night for a business meeting and was really impressed. The layout of the hotel was super interactive, with different hangout areas, quiet zones, workstations, couches, and TVs — it made the space feel lively while keeping the hallways nice and quiet. I didn’t use the pool, but it looked big and very clean. The 24/7 coffee and tea station was a huge bonus. Staff were extremely helpful, and the signage around the hotel answered all the usual questions like pool hours, breakfast times, and parking rules, which made everything easy. Check‑in and check‑out were quick and smooth, even though I booked through a third party. My room was clean, quiet, and the TV worked perfectly. Overall, a great stay for a quick business trip."
