"Got put in another building a few hundred meters from the main building. Was like a ghost town! Bed was more like a single bed room was freezing cold with only a small electric heater to warm the room up. Went to reception and said the room was not good enough. Moved into the main building room was a lot better. Heating was blasting until 23:00 and no way to turn it off so this room was too warm. When getting a shower in the morning the drains stuck of sewage. "

"I have stayed here before but always had a room overlooking the car park. This time I was on the other side and unfortunately the constant road noise did not make for a good nights sleep. The telly was also not working in the room but by the time I noticed I was already ready for bed so left it until the morning to let staff know."

"Clean well appointed room for the money. Has food on site served until 9 pm and breakfast from 7 am. Was a little late in my opinion for business travellers however food came out quickly and was of reasonable standard."

"Checkin was straight forward, we had a nice warm welcome from the staff. The reception area was nice and warm, and very well presented. Our room was a family room with a small balcony overlooking the woods. The room was warm, with some supplementary heating if needed. Nicely decorated, with 2 queen doubles, the bed linen was super soft and cosy. We slept very well. The bathroom was clean and had all the things you would expect to find in a bathroom. The dining area was very impressive, you choose to sit in the bar area, conservatory, or the dining room. Very nicely presented , the waiting on staff were very helpful. The evening menu was good and the food was cooked and presented nicely. There was also a children's menu. Breakfast was plentiful with a good selection of choice. Would have been a 5 star review except for the coffee stains on the wall in the bedroom,and dirty marks on the curtains. ( Attention to detail) Great stay would recommend for anyone visiting Legoland. "
