"This hotel is a hidden gem is Venice. The staff reached out prior to our arrival to assist us with navigating how to arrive in Venice and which water bus to take to the hotel The hotel is located a few blocks from the Rialto bridge, so it is close to many attractions but on a quiet square that allows you get away from the crowds."

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, the breakfast was delicious, and the staff was exceptional throughout our visit. One small thing to note: we initially thought the air conditioning wasn't working because the remote control doesn't start cooling immediately. After turning it on, you need to wait about five minutes before the cool air begins. Once we figured that out, the AC worked great and kept the room comfortable. The staff went above and beyond to help us. They were incredibly patient with all of our questions about where to go, what to do, and how to get around Venice. A special thank-you to the older gentleman working in the morning, who arranged a water taxi for our early airport departure. The taxi arrived at the hotel exactly at 6:00 AM as scheduled, and we reached the airport in about 20 minutes, making our flight before 7:00 AM without any stress. Finding the hotel on our first day was a little challenging. The sign is relatively small and located in the square with the green statue of Manin. The entrance is tucked away in a narrow passage beside the statue, near the hand holding a scroll. Once we found it, the location proved to be excellent. The hotel is within a 5–7 minute walk of many of Venice's most scenic attractions and is conveniently close to both public and private Vaporetto water transportation. I highly recommend this hotel, as it absolutely lived up to its excellent reputation!"

"We stayed for 2 nights and the location was fantastic. It made our trip incredibly convenient, and we were able to come back and rest during the day whenever we wanted. By simply turning right after leaving the hotel, we were almost immediately at St. Mark’s Square. In terms of comfort and cleanliness, we initially thought everything was fine. However, on our last morning, I found a bed bug in the bed after waking up, and I believe I was bitten multiple times during my stay. I think this is an issue that should be looked into and addressed to prevent future guests from experiencing the same problem."
