"The pool and water slide were amazing! Definitely recommend for families, it’s in the perfect spot in Canmore! I love it, the only thing I would’ve liked is room service done a bit earlier!"

"This is a very nice clean hotel. There was no coffee or tea set up in our room when we got there. There was a kettle and cups but no coffee or tea. Thought we could enjoy the hot tub it was very nice but the outside floor was full of bird crap looks like it had not been cleaned for a long time. You get out of a tub and walk to your towel your feet were black with bird crap on them. If you want to use a facility that has a jacuzzi I would suggest one of their other properties the Fox or the Moose"

"Friendly staff. Comfortable room. Beautiful pool, hot tub and sauna overlooking the mountains. Bus pass was included in our stay which made accessing downtown so easy and removed the stress and cost of parking downtown. The bus runs frequently and is a very quick trip. Highly recommend this property."

"Location is great. Room was large with two queen beds. Tv was decent but no CNN. Toilet way too low for seniors. Toilet handle was sticking causing the toilet to run constantly. This was reported to the front desk."

"This is a beautiful hotel and the spa onsite was delightful. Overall good experience. One thing to keep in mind is you have to go outside to get to some of the rooms, which may not be ideal at certain times of the year."
