The location is a decent drive from the airport (40 minutes without traffic) but the view is worth it. It’s very kid-friendly and the water park is awesome (better than the pictures). I wish they had more indoor kid amenities and more restaurants.

The all-inclusive hotel was generally well appointed and well organized. We had some difficulties with the dinner reservation process. The atmosphere was very family friendly, and the waterpark offerings were exceptional.

It was ok. The beach was nicer than Riviera Maya but only 1 pool and not too many activities for the kids. The beach is not private and has people from the community. It disnt feel totally safe but overall for its price, not too bad.

Kids loved the water park and the beach had pillow soft white sand. We didn’t have too much of a problem finding lounge chairs. Activities were a bit few and far between and it’s not really a “party” resort. More for kids and/or relaxation.

We had a big room, plenty of space for a family of five. Amazing views from the balcony. Food was good, but could be much better if they kept the buffet food hot. Pool and waterslides were both great, the kids had so much fun.
